- Once approved, you receive your buyer badge and pre-show meeting scheduler access.
- Pre-source Caribbean suppliers on TradeAtlas and arrive with a shortlist of 15–20 targets.

- Request the current rate card from ticsales@ttma.com.
- Select booth size and confirm floor placement — corner and gateway booths sell first.
- Submit deposit; the balance is due per TTMA's payment schedule.
- Publish a verified TradeAtlas listing so pre-show researchers find you before they land in Trinidad.

The first two days are strictly B2B. The final day is open to the trade-consuming public. Buyer badges and exhibitor passes are separate registrations.
