Choosing your zone
- Airport-side (Trincity area) — shortest commute to the Centre of Excellence, closest to Piarco. Best for buyers on tight schedules.
- Port of Spain waterfront — best after-hours restaurants, harbour views, business-hotel amenities. Trade 30-minute morning commute for evening options.
- Maraval / St. Ann's — quieter residential feel, boutique properties, easy taxi access into POS.
Booking tips
- Book by April 2026 — TIC's 20,000+ visitors and the July peak season fill hotels fast.
- Ask about the TTMA / TIC block rate when booking direct.
- Confirm airport transfer options — some partners offer complimentary shuttles.
