Never been to TIC before? Here is the quick-start: what to bring, how to plan your day, and the fastest way to find the suppliers you need.
Before you arrive
Register, download the exhibitor list, and pre-source suppliers on TradeAtlas. Aim for a shortlist of 15–20 target exhibitors before you land in Trinidad.
Day one at the venue
Arrive by 09:30. Collect your badge. Walk one aisle end-to-end to orient. Batch meetings before 11:00 and after 15:00 to avoid crowd peaks.
What to bring
Cards, phone with storage, comfortable shoes, a light jacket for the AC, and a printed shortlist of exhibitor names and booth numbers.
